Our friends over at St. Ali have been very busy crafting a bespoke menu for their pop-up experience at Milk & Sugar, we were absolutely delighted with what they sent us this morning, it was a sure-fire way to put a dampener on the breakfast the team had already eaten.
So picture this you sit down and get comfortable in the rustic setting, to be presented with a choice of the following;
> 'The Daddy', Peter Gott's wild boar Cumberland black pudding, scrambled eggs, English bacon, house made brown sauce
> Beef Burger, 100% british beef pattie, bun, lettuce, sliced tomato, special sauce, chips
> 'Under the sea’, Kimchi, prawn, scallop scrambled eggs, puffed wild rice, sesame seeds, coriander
> Poached Egg, Poached Burford Brown eggs, Avocado,feta chilli mash, toast
> 'My Mexican Cousin’, Secret recipe corn fritters, poached eggs, halloumi crumb, tomato salsa, tomato relish and salad
> Pies, pastries, sausage rolls and cakes.
Yes we are now feeling hungry too.
